How do I install Nodu?
During the private beta, join the list on getnodu.com and we'll email you an install link. After launch, install it from the Shopify App Store.
How do I stop Nodu from changing things on its own?
In Nodu, click "Turn off autopilot". Nodu will keep finding problems but every fix will wait for your approval.
Why does it say "not enough traffic yet"?
Nodu only shows dollar estimates when your store has enough visits to make them meaningful. It won't guess.
How do I connect Google or Meta?
Go to Nodu → Settings → Connections and sign in. Nodu only reads data from these accounts.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Change plans in Nodu → Plan. To cancel, uninstall Nodu from your Shopify admin; billing stops through Shopify.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall Nodu and your store's data is deleted within 30 days, or email [email protected] to delete it sooner.
