These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant) and Baltic Global Inc. ("we"), the maker of Nodu. By installing or using Nodu you agree to them. Shopify's own terms also apply to your use of Shopify.
Nodu scans your Shopify store, finds problems that may cost you sales or search visibility, suggests fixes, applies the fixes you allow, and measures the results. Some features depend on third parties such as Shopify, Google, Meta and AI providers, which can change or limit their services.
Nodu's estimates of lost or recovered revenue are estimates based on your store's data and show how they were calculated. We don't guarantee any specific increase in traffic, rankings, AI recommendations or sales.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify. New installs get a 14-day free trial. Beta stores may get free access for a period we tell you about in advance. You can cancel any time by uninstalling Nodu; charges already made are not refunded except where required by law or Shopify policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Don't misuse Nodu: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no use to violate laws or others' rights, and no reselling access without our permission. Limits for each plan (such as tracked questions and voice answers) are shown in the app.
Your store content stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide Nodu to you. Content Nodu writes for your store is yours to use.
We work to keep Nodu running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we discontinue Nodu, we'll give you reasonable notice.
To the extent allowed by law, Nodu is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
You can stop using Nodu at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
